Met 1

Met 1 is a full service building with 24 hour security, concierge, and parking. The 447 units at Met 1 on 40 floors range in size from 605 to 1,354 sq ft and include studios, one and two bedroom condos as well as lofts, suites and penthouses. Master baths feature marble or granite bath and shower enclosures, frameless glass showers and oversized mirrors. Marble or granite countertops accent custom wood cabinets. Italian porcelain tile floors and enclosures distinguish second baths.

The Met 1 building is shaped like an L, so one side faces south and has a view of the Miami River, and the other side faces east and has a view of the Intercontinental Hotel and Biscayne Bay. Met 1 offers plenty of activities that both children and adults can enjoy.  For the former, there’s the recreational area specially designed for them while the latter can visit the lounge, make use of the meeting and conference center, workout at the Met 1’s cutting edge fitness center or socialize with friends, family or neighbors in the bar area.  Look for roomy walk-in closets, stainless steel kitchen appliances, secluded terraces, and Italian porcelain tile bathroom floors.  Ceilings are available in heights of nine, nineteen, and eleven feet for the tower suites, lofts and penthouses, respectively.
